How will I receive my photos?
You'll receive the link to a fully edited digital album via email or phone where you can download high resolution images.
Do you offer shoots apart from the ones you listed on your website? Do you do other events?
Go to the "Contact" tab on my website and send me an inquiry under “other” in session packages and we can go over information not listed.
Do you give out raw or unedited files?
Raw photographs or videos are not given out to clients.
Will I have ownership to the photos?
You are welcome to do as you wish with your returned gallery! I only ask that you not make further edits and give me credit, such as by tagging me, when photos are posted or made public.
There is the potential that I will use photos for advertisement and marketing of my services unless there is a special circumstance or we discuss otherwise :)
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
The 20% deposit to book a session is not refundable. As for the rest of the payment, if a session is cancelled 4-6 days before the set date, 50% is refundable. Payment is not refundable if cancellation is within 72 hours.

What type of payments do you take?
I take Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. Cash + checks are not accepted.
What happens if I'm late to my session?
I’ll try to accommodate as best as I can; however, keep in mind that I may have multiple sessions scheduled on your session date so it’s not guaranteed we can adjust the end time for your session as this could through off the rest of my day’s schedule. It’s crucial for you to arrive on time to guarantee your full session time!
How should I dress?
In general, I recommend wearing what you feel most confident in! More specifically, I recommend neutral tones for the most flattering pictures and edits. Clients are provided with a more specific outfit guide after booking!
Is it possible to book a longer or shorter session than what's listed in your packages?
I offer mini sessions, shorter + discounted sessions, on special occasions or in special locations during a limited time. (Ex: family shoot minis near Christmas or mini sessions in Flagstaff in fall when the aspen trees are turning colors). I will post these limited time offers on my website homepage and on social media.
What is your turnaround time?
3-5 sneak peek photos are sent out within 3 days. There is a 2 week turnaround time for normal sessions lasting one hour or less.
For mini sessions there is a 1 week turnaround + for weddings there is a 4-6 week turnaround.
What about rescheduling/ weather situations?
I try my hardest to keep sessions, but if bad weather gets in the way of a session, I will try my best to accommodate clients. It must be kept in mind that I book out my schedule months in advance and the rescheduled session may be weeks or months out.
I only reschedule in special circumstances. Please kindly keep in mind that tardiness or skipping/trying to reschedule for minor reasons can be a big inconvenience for my business and other clients. When is payment due?
There is a 20% non refundable deposit due asap to book a session- this comes out of the total payment. The remaining final payment is due 1 week before the session date.

What do I do with my hands?
Even if this is your first rodeo, it isn’t mine! I totally understand feeling awkward and unnatural in front of the camera. Don’t worry! I have prompts and poses to help + I promise I will make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Book a session with me and find out! Upon booking, I’ll send out a location guide to help you choose your dream spot for your photos and once we decide on a location, you will be given the exact address!
